Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations, content planning, and publishing for the clinic’s official social media accounts (e.g., titok, YOUTUBE, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent activity and alignment with our brand voice.
• Assist in creating high-quality graphics and short-form video content, transforming professional dental health knowledge into easy-to-understand, engaging, and educational materials to boost user interaction and follower growth.
• Respond promptly to direct messages and comments, patiently addressing initial inquiries from potential patients, fostering a positive online community, and assisting with guiding online appointment bookings.
• Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms (e.g., views, likes, engagement rates). Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends and hot topics within the oral healthcare industry. Assist in planning online promotional campaigns or patient appreciation events to enhance the clinic’s brand awareness and reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Prior experience in new media operations within the medical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Possess excellent copywriting skills and proficiency in basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
• Familiar with the operating rules and algorithms of major social media platforms. Must have a keen eye for trending topics, strong aesthetic sense, and creative thinking.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and coordination skills with a strong service-oriented mindset. Ability to interact with online users in a friendly and professional manner.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and equipped with strong time management and teamwork skills. Alignment with Nodus Dental Clinic’s patient-first philosophy is essential.
