The Helper/Sales Clerk assists with customer service, product organization, and general store operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and process sales transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize products, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Perform light maintenance and assist in other tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
