Collections Team Lead
Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc.
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Collections Team Lead to oversee daily operations of the collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring collection targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer interaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of collections agents to achieve performance targets Monitor daily productivity, call quality, and collection efficiency Provide regular feedback, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations Handle escalated accounts and support agents in resolving complex cases Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and collections metrics Coordinate with management to implement process improvements Qualifications: College graduate or at least 2nd year undergraduate completed Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or similar environment Must have prior experience in collections (required) Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules
