Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱20,000 per month
About the Role
Anytime Fitness – XR&J Fitness Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented and persistent Billing Associate to manage member billing and past-due collections. You will keep our accounts current by following up with members, resolving billing concerns, and making sure payments are collected on time. The collection process is done online/remote, so you should be comfortable reaching members by phone, email, and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor member accounts and identify past-due balances
- Contact members via call, email, and chat to follow up on unpaid dues
- Use professional collection scripts and communication templates
- Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines
- Resolve billing disputes and answer member billing inquiries
- Record collection activities, promises to pay, and payments received accurately
- Reconcile payments and coordinate with the finance and club teams
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business, accounting, finance, or related course (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in billing, collections, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional when handling difficult conversations
- Organized, accurate, and good with numbers
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and online communication tools
- Able to commit to the role for at least 1 year
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for online/remote tasks
