Directs drivers to parking spots, issues and collects tickets, handles payments, and ensures the lot is safe and organized.
- Directing vehicles to available parking spaces and coordinating traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents.
- Issuing entry tickets, collecting fees upon exit, calculating amounts owed, and handling cash or other payment methods accurately.
- Patrolling the parking area to ensure vehicles are parked correctly, checking for permits, and identifying any safety hazards or suspicious activity.
- Assisting drivers with questions, providing information about the facility, and resolving minor issues or complaints.
- Monitoring surveillance equipment like CCTV and reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
