Are you ready to make a real impact? Join our team in Cebu City as an On-Site Healthcare Customer Support Specialist ! You'll be the voice of our company, providing compassionate and clear support to our customers.
You'll be responsible for handling a variety of healthcare inquiries, from explaining complex billing and claims to resolving issues with a solutions-oriented mindset. You'll also accurately document all interactions to ensure we maintain our high standard of service.
- Education : High school graduate (SHS) or completed at least two years or four semesters of college.
- Experience : We prefer candidates with at least six months of BPO experience, but FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
- Availability : You're open to working on-site in Cebu City and are comfortable with a night or shifting schedule.
- Mindset : You're a quick learner, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to start as soon as possible.
