Architect

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture and related field.
- At least 1 year work experience as Draftsman in construction industry.
- Proficient in CAD and related software.
- Detail oriented and familiar with construction related codes (Building Codes, Fire Codes, etc).
- Excellent communication skills, able to solve design and drawing conflicts, strong work ethic.
- Conduct surveys to gather necessary information for drawings.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
- Produce and develop detailed drawings and plans using CAD and related software. Ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant codes and in all drawings.
- Create and maintain drawing archives for projects.
- Assist in project estimates process by providing accurate details and quantity takeoffs.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiency to meet project deadlines.
- Resident of General Santos City.
