- Performs quality control tests to ensure that liquors and juices being produced meet quality standards.
- Conduct incoming material inspection and performs potential problem analysis.
- Does routine inspection during bottling operations and studies process capability.
- Perform swabbing tests before bottling of liqueur and juices in the absence of the microbiologist.
- Performs physico-chemical analysis of deionized water, liquor, liqueur, and juices.
- Ensures complete and accurate recording of results of quality control tests to maintain effective monitoring and feedback system.
- Performs microbiological laboratory works in the absence of the microbiologist.
- Prepares all necessary documents of new products for FDA registration.
- Assists in R&D laboratory works.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the QA Manager provided that training has been undergone on such tasks.
- Approves for the release of the final products in the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Licensed Chemist.
- With at least one (1) working experience in laboratory and/or QA functions.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Good Laboratory Procedures and Analysis.
- Proficiency in computer operations and application.
