- Change bed linens and towels, and restock room amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for sanitation and cleanliness.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates and students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation.
