The Role:
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting processes and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making.
- Manage and maintain financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
- Supervise junior accounting staff
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic finance team, collaborating closely with other accountants and finance professionals.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
