Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our Healthcare account team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or career shifters who are interested in building a career in the healthcare support industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer patient or member queries related to healthcare plans, benefits, and billing
- Assist with insurance claims processing, pre-authorizations, and account updates
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, facilities, or insurance companies as neede
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA or data privacy standards
- Provide timely, empathetic, and professional service to every interaction
- Open to fresh graduates
- High School graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer-service oriented and patient in handling sensitive or emotional inquiries
- Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules (including holidays/weekends, if needed)
