Looker Developer Lead

Description - Lead the design and development of Looker dashboards and visualizations to support business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for data modeling and LookML to ensure efficient data workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for team members and other departments on Looker usage and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize Looker solutions for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Looker, LookML, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Remote or hybrid work options, with flexible hours as needed.
