- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and store policies.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
