Job Description

• Perform various spa treatments, including  body massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness treatments .
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or formal training in  Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field
• Relevant  spa or massage therapy certification/license , where required
• Previous experience as a  Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist,  is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic  facial, body scrub, and body treatment procedures
• Good understanding of  hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Excellent  customer service and communication skills
• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods
• Willingness to work  shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a  hotel team
