Senior 3D Visualization Artist

Job Summary:

We’re excited to welcome a Senior 3D Visualization Artist with an exceptional eye for atmosphere, lighting, and composition who leads our high-end creative event visualizations. You’ll partner closely with our creative and event design teams on ambitious projects, taking a brief and raising it into compelling visuals that help sell an event concept. The role will also help us expand our capabilities in animated walkthroughs, cinematic fly-throughs, and immersive VR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design sophisticated event environments with staging, scenic design, theatrical lighting, LED screens, multimedia, and other production elements

• Build on our existing 3D venue models to create larger, more ambitious projects

• Take creative briefs and elevate them with your own design judgment and ideas

• Produce high-quality still renders for major client pitches

• Create animated walkthroughs, cinematic fly-throughs, and immersive VR experiences

• Weave strong composition, atmosphere, and visual storytelling into every presentation

• Collaborate closely with the creative and event design teams

• Lead larger creative projects independently from concept through delivery

• Help shape new ways to present and sell event concepts

Mandatory Skills:

• An exceptional portfolio showing design ability, composition, lighting, and atmosphere

• Proven experience producing high-quality 3D visualizations of interiors, events, exhibitions, or immersive environments

• Strong creative instincts and the ability to contribute ideas, not only execute a brief

• Professional experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar)

• Understanding of lighting and staging for events or interiors

• Ability to manage larger creative projects and work with a design team

• Conscientious, accurate, and independently driven

• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of staging, theatrical lighting, LED screens, and multimedia

• Experience in live events, event production, entertainment, or experiential design

• Background in stage design, entertainment design, or event visualization

• Experience with animation, real-time rendering, walkthroughs, or VR

• Unreal Engine experience

• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Vectorworks, or CAST WYSIWYG/Vivien

• Able to keep several projects on track at the same time
