Mandriva Builders Inc. is looking for a PROJECT IN CHARGE.
Project Location: MANILA
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (license)
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
A licensed civil engineer (PRC) is an advantage.
3-4 years of relevant construction experience preferred
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction drawings
Knowledge in project scheduling, quantity monitoring, and site documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on-site and be assigned to different project locations
Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, foremen, and project teams.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance
Identify and resolve technical and site-related concerns.
Assist in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
