Liaison Officer

Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the processing and management of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for new store launches, renovations, and ongoing operations.
- Liaise with LGUs and relevant government agencies to secure approvals, process renewals, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with government offices while representing the company in licensing and permit-related matters.
- Collaborate closely with Construction, Site Acquisition, and other internal teams to ensure efficient and timely permit processing.
- Track permit expirations, monitor regulatory changes, and keep licensing documentation and records complete and up to date.
- Provide regular status and progress reports and assist with other regulatory and compliance-related projects when needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in permits, licensing, government relations, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with government permitting procedures, regulatory requirements, and LGU processes.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel and conduct transactions or visits to government offices as required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving a four-wheeled vehicle and/or motorcycle.
