Client Services & Studio Coordinator (Hot Yoga Studio)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Client Services & Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and customer service operations of a boutique yoga and hot yoga studio. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client scheduling, class bookings, cancellations, and appointment changes .
- Assist clients with booking questions, account issues, and basic system troubleshooting.
- Respond to emails, text messages, DMs, and customer service inquiries .
- Manage and respond to the studio's customer-service text line.
- Follow up with clients and ensure inquiries are resolved promptly.
- Communicate with instructors regarding schedules, substitutions, availability, and studio updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized client information, schedules, and administrative records .
- Assist with basic social media messages, promotions, marketing inquiries, and client outreach .
- Support other remote administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, hospitality, wellness, or a similar client-facing role .
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new scheduling/management systems.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Professional, personable, and proactive.
- Willingness to learn studio-specific systems, procedures, and workflows.
