Role Summary:
The Land Use Planner will support spatial planning and site development to ensure optimal integration of waste management infrastructure within urban and regional plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land use and spatial analysis for project sites
- Ensure alignment with zoning regulations and development plans
- Support site selection for waste infrastructure
- Collaborate with environmental and engineering teams
- Integrate sustainability and resilience considerations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in land-use or urban planning
- Familiarity with GIS tools and planning regulations
- Experience in infrastructure or environmental projects preferred
