- We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair care, styling, and customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Cut, trim, and style hair using various techniques and tools.
- Apply hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments.
- Wash, condition, and treat hair to maintain health and appearance.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and sterilize tools regularly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and salon policies to ensure a comfortable experience for clients.

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Barber, or similar role.
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license (as required by state regulations).
- Knowledge of different hair types, styles, and coloring techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hairstyling.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hair extensions, braiding, or specialized treatments.
- Sales skills for recommending salon products and services.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
