Job Type Full-time Job Summary This team is a performance-driven growth marketing studio helping high-growth DTC brands scale profitably. As the first AI Implementation Specialist, you will be the architect of the company’s internal efficiency. Moving beyond founder-led execution, you will design, ship, and manage the automated systems that allow the team to scale. This is a role for a builder who understands that the future of agency work isn't just about human effort—it’s about leveraging AI and sophisticated workflows to outperform the competition. Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship custom automations using Make.com and AI models (Claude/Claude Code) to streamline high-impact workflows.
• Audit existing manual processes across paid media, reporting, and creative to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop internal tools and lightweight apps that improve team speed and data accuracy.
• Integrate data across platforms including Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, and Looker Studio via APIs and webhooks.
• Document all new systems and lead internal training to ensure 100% adoption and usage.
• Proactively research and recommend emerging AI tools to keep the team at the cutting edge of productivity.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping real-world automations and functional tools.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Make.com and LLMs (Claude, Claude Code, or similar).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas/logic), APIs, and webhooks.
• Basic coding ability in Python or JavaScript to bridge gaps between platforms.
• Outcome-driven mindset: You measure success by hours saved and measurable efficiency gains.
• Ability to operate autonomously, moving from a high-level idea to a working system with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills to teach and document workflows for non-technical team members.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Paid Media workflows (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and attribution models).
• Experience with Shopify data integrations or plugin development.
• Proficiency with Cursor or similar AI-integrated development environments.
• Experience utilizing GitHub for version control.
