POSITION: Building Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee daily property operations, conduct regular inspections, enforce house rules, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor security and housekeeping services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with service agreements.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment and utility monitoring, fire safety, energy management, and other technical programs.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements, government permits, licenses, legal requirements, and property standards.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, documentation, inventories, and requirements for board/landlord meetings.
- Manage service providers, monitor contract compliance and performance, and evaluate service quality.
- Monitor billing, collections, expenses, fund balances, and budgets; prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning.
- Supervise, coach, and assess the property management team to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve property operations, streamline processes, and enhance service quality.
- Serve as Reliever for Account Lead – Metro Manila, ensuring continuity of operations, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and escalation management.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs, and other organizational activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
- At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
