Branch Supervisor [Dinalupihan]

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse / distribution center operations. This role ensures efficient parcel handling, dispatching, inventory monitoring, staff supervision, and timely delivery operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the distribution center and warehouse
- Monitor receiving, sorting, dispatching, and releasing of courier parcels
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries
- Supervise warehouse staff, riders, drivers, and branch personnel
- Monitor parcel movement and resolve operational issues or delays
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of parcels and company assets
- Prepare operational and inventory reports as required
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and branch
- Coordinate with other branches, dispatch teams, and management regarding operations
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Handle customer or operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, courier, or distribution operations
- Experience in supervising staff and daily branch operations
- Preferably with work experience in the same industry such as J&T Express, Shopee Xpress, Flash Express, or similar courier and logistics companies
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with warehouse processes and inventory monitoring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
