Duties of the Cashier may include, but are not limited, to the following:
Receives checks, petty cash vouchers and commission vouchers for release.
Prepares and analyzes commission payments for agents and brokers.
Performs daily reconciliation of petty cash fund.
Verifies premium payments corresponding to cancelled policies.
Prepares Placement Acceptance Sheet (PAS)for all cancelled policies that due for reinstatement and cancelled policies related to non-payment of premium.
Release and monitors cash advances and liquidations.
Issue Official Receipts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of Finance, Accounting or any related course.
