Department: Production - Make Pack
Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas
What you will do
- Operate tobacco processing and cigarette making/packing machines independently to produce quality products in line with QA specifications while minimizing product on hold.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures, understanding potential hazards, and applying required control measures.
- Practice good housekeeping by complying with 5S standards, keeping the workplace clean and organized, and supporting environmental protection activities.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations.
- Comply with EHS procedures, labor laws, company policies, and work instructions, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Demonstrate safe behavior at all times by following safety rules, attending training, and promptly reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Who are we looking for
- High school or vocational graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.
- Good communication, multitasking, and basic technical/computer skills.
- Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedules.
