Description - Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document interactions with customers and track issues to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: atleast 6 months of BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
