Senior Accounting Analyst

Join our Finance team in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global environment. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive accounting professional who will assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and team performance.

This role is both operational and leadership-oriented. Ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of accounting processes, lead a small team, and help drive continuous improvement and excellence across all finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Control & Process Management

• Review and approve journal entries, invoices, disbursements, payroll, and expense reimbursements.

• Monitor workload distribution, review outputs, and provide feedback and direction to improve performance.

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting policies and standards.

• Supervise reconciliations, including intercompany accounts, and ensure discrepancies are promptly addressed.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with deadlines.

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation and follow-up.

Reporting & Analysis

• Review and analyze the Balance Sheet and P&L statements to ensure accuracy and provide management insights.

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and assist in management reporting.

• Identify areas for process improvement and automation across accounting workflows.

Continuous Improvement

• Assist in implementing new accounting procedures, tools, or systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Support process documentation and internal control strengthening initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure alignment with strategic finance goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong background in accounting operations, reporting, and internal controls.

• Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
