Description - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services while resolving any issues faced by customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer service skills, and call center experience.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
