SOC Analyst/ Incident Response

Company Profile A well-established BPO company committed to providing business outsourcing needs to its clients Position: SOC Analyst Company Industry: BPO Company Work Location: MOA Pasay Work Schedule: Night Shift Salary: Php 50,000–55,000 gross Work Set Up: Hybrid (1x per week) Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role Strong skills in alert triage — able to investigate alerts through log entries and reconstruct user/system activity SIEM navigation competency (training provided as needed) EDR navigation skills — ability to search Sentinel One to identify specific activity related to alerts Excellent communication skills — able to write clear summaries in Jira and PagerDuty Job Responsibilities Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents Perform log analysis and reconstruct system/user activity for incident validation Utilize SIEM and EDR tools to identify, track, and mitigate threats Document findings and incident reports clearly in Jira and PagerDuty Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen incident response processes Support continuous improvement of security monitoring and response procedures Recruitment Process (Online): HR Interview Technical Assessment / Client Interview Hiring Manager Interview
