Job Title: Utility Worker – Building Rentals
Location: Daraga, Albay
A Utility Worker in building rentals typically handles various maintenance tasks to ensure that the building and its systems are running smoothly.
Building Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections of the property, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and lighting.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of utility systems (e.g., water pipes, electrical wiring, heating/cooling systems).
- Ensure the building’s common areas (lobbies, hallways, bathrooms) are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
Cleaning and Janitorial Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Remove trash from common areas and ensure proper disposal.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.
- Diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems and repair them as needed.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
