- Maintain cleanliness and organization of premises.
- Perform routine inspections and minor repairs.
- Assist with groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Report any issues or concerns to management.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in home storage, furniture care, disinfection, organization, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, organize spaces, and ensure proper care of furniture and carpets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily indoor environments; must be able to lift and move furniture.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong organizational skills.
