- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; knowledge of healthcare protocols and standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care.
