- Maintaining Equipment: Help maintain the equipment and tools used on the job. This may involve simple maintenance tasks like cleaning tools or assisting in loading/unloading supplies.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically preferred, although not always required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks.
