Automotive Mechanic

- Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Performs routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Uses diagnostic tools to identify problems and ensure vehicles run efficiently.
- Replaces or repairs worn-out parts, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems.
- Communicates with customers about repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards and maintains a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (certification in automotive technology is a plus).
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of vehicle issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical stamina for working with heavy equipment and tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or overtime if needed.
