Paralegal

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field .
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in paralegal work, employee relations, labor relations, or HR.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and employment policies .
• Familiar with handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, incident reports, and administrative investigations .
• Knowledgeable in preparing and reviewing Notices to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), memoranda, affidavits, and other employee-related documents .
• Strong research, documentation, analytical, and case management skills .

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling employee relations cases , including grievances, complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
• Conduct initial fact-finding and administrative investigations regarding employee complaints and violations.
• Prepare, review, and organize Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), memoranda, incident reports, affidavits, and other ER-related documents .
• Assist in ensuring that disciplinary actions and employee cases are handled in accordance with company policies, due process, and applicable Philippine Labor Laws .
• Provide legal and policy research support on labor-related concerns, employee disputes, and workplace policies .
• Coordinate with HR, department heads, management, and legal counsel regarding employee relations cases.
