We are seeking a creative, strategic, and trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and tell our brand story across all platforms! As Social Media Manager, you will oversee day-to-day management and execution of the company’s social media presence. The role connects content planning, creative production, publishing schedules, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
• Manage official social media accounts and publishing calendars.
• Coordinate with the Creative Artists, Video Producer, and Content Strategist to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and publish approved content according to the monthly plan.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and relevant audience feedback.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across platforms.
• Track reach, engagement, audience growth, inquiries, and content performance.
• Coordinate with the Ads Manager when organic insights can inform paid campaigns.
• Identify recurring audience questions, content opportunities, scheduling conflicts, and operational
bottlenecks.
• Share audience insights and platform observations with the wider team.
• Basic editing skills (Adobe, Canva, Capcut)
