Job description We are looking for reliable and talented CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to join our team. An Operations Manager is responsible for coordination and supervisions of engineers. You will also be in charge of developing new project ideas, budgeting for projects and training of engineering team. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in appropriate, cost-effective way
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze, approved and recommend approval of all change request, orders, invoices, and payment applications
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Support preparations of annual bidding projects
- Schedule maintenance activities complying with customer operational requirements.
- Establishing bidding procedures as required for contract maintenance activities.
- Oversee engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and monitor engineering department staff
- Collaborate with Department Head and Managers for any circumstances and future plans.
- Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar one.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Field
- Master’s Degree is advantageous
- Proven experience as an operations manager
- Proven supervisory and technical skills
- Background in wastewater treatment plant.
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms
- Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Leadership, teambuilding and mentoring skills
