Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Status: Hardworking and Responsible.
- Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Empty trash bins and clean restrooms.
- Maintenance: Change light bulbs. Fix leaky faucets or simple plumbing issues.
- Messenger Support: Knowledge of outside Govt/Bank filing.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: High school Graduate or equivalent.
- Physical: Good health and strength. Able to lift heavy things and stand for long hours.
- Skills: Know how to use basic tools and Cleaning items / Fixing Maintenance / Carpentry
