Full-time

Job Description

About Parcelhero Group

Parcelhero Group, founded in 2003, is a leading UK parcel delivery price comparison site, attracting over 5 million visitors annually. As a dynamic and forward-thinking technology company with over 130 remote employees worldwide, we are on a strong growth trajectory.

Driven by our commitment to innovative solutions and exceptional customer care, we offer excellent career growth opportunities, particularly as we continue to expand rapidly. We are now launching our new product, Parcelhero Pro, for DTC e-commerce merchants across the UK and the USA. This cutting-edge platform will empower retailers to streamline their shipping and fulfilment operations.

Our remote-first culture is collaborative and innovative, where every voice is heard, and we encourage initiative, adaptability, and ownership. If you’re a dynamic and ambitious individual seeking a forward-thinking team, Parcelhero is the ideal fit.

Our Core Values: Committed to Quality | Create Amazing Experiences | Putting People First | Welcome Feedback | Inform, Educate, Innovate | Work Hard, Play Hard

About The Role

This is a broad, execution-heavy content role for a small, fast-moving marketing team. You will own the full content output for Parcelhero Group: website copy, blog, ebooks, social media, and review platform management. You will also be the primary owner and operator of our CMS, Storyblok, responsible for publishing, maintaining, and expanding content across four current websites and a growing portfolio of multi-tenant sites across the UK, USA, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

This is not a single-channel role. You will write, publish, manage, and optimise across every content touchpoint the marketing team owns. You will use Claude as your primary AI writing tool and are expected to use it actively to produce volume and quality that a single person in a lean team needs to deliver.

If you want to own the full content picture for a growing technology company and make a visible, measurable difference, this is the role for you.

What You Will Own

  • CMS and Website Content Management: Own day-to-day content management in Storyblok across all active Parcelhero Group websites.
  • SEO, GEO, and AEO: Own on-page optimisation across all Parcelhero Group websites.
  • Content Creation: Write and produce all marketing content for the team, including blog posts and social media posts.
  • Social Media: Own and manage all Parcelhero Group organic social media channels.
  • Review and Reputation Management: Own the strategy and day-to-day management of customer reviews across relevant platforms.
  • Analytics and Collaboration: Track content and social performance and collaborate with other teams.

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of content management experience in a brand or technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with Storyblok or a comparable CMS.
  • Proven writing samples covering multiple formats.
  • Solid working knowledge of on-page SEO.
  • Experience managing organic social media channels.
  • Active user of AI tools in writing and editing workflows.
  • Based in the UK and available to work core hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience managing review platforms.
  • Background in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written English and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.

Work at Parcelhero: Perks That Pack a Punch!

  • Fully remote work, must be based in the UK.
  • Generous holiday entitlement including a paid day off for your birthday.
  • Paid leave on all UK bank holidays.
  • Company sick pay scheme aligned to statutory minimum.
  • Regular performance and salary reviews.
  • Emphasis on an inclusive culture.

Parcelhero is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
