Description - Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Customer management, after-sales management, and inventory management
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, team player, and analytical skills
