Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
