Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality. - Assist in the development and implementation of new features based on user feedback and business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Proficient in using CI/CD pipelines for application deployment. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
