Description - Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and work hours.
- Process timekeeping data to ensure timely payroll preparation.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to timekeeping entries.
- Collaborate with HR to adjust schedules and attendance records as needed.
- Provide administrative support for payroll-related tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll processes is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours.
