The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth day-to-day accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Controls Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial integrity
Review accounting records and transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Team Leadership Lead, guide, and develop the accounting team to maintain high performance and accountability
Provide coaching and support to accounting staff and supervisors to strengthen day-to-day operations Operations Management Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including cashiering and billing workflows
Ensure accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently across the department
Collaborate with finance leadership to support broader organizational financial goals Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Relevant work experience in the hospital or healthcare industry
Hands-on familiarity with the BizBox Hospital Information System
Strong proficiency in Excel
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
