Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills; ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and proactive in providing solutions.
