Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR Shared Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR processes, including employee onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR inquiries.
  • Develop and implement standardized HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Manage HR systems, databases, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and legal teams to address employee concerns and policy compliance.
Required Skills:
  • ⁠At least 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services. Preferably with US client.
  • Experience in offshore HR facets is an advantage
  • -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with data and producing packs for senior
Additional Notes:
  • This position will be working with Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting.
  • Working Set-up: Onsite
  • Mondays to Fridays.
