Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR Shared Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR processes, including employee onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR inquiries.
- Develop and implement standardized HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage HR systems, databases, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) to maintain accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and legal teams to address employee concerns and policy compliance.
- At least 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services. Preferably with US client.
- Experience in offshore HR facets is an advantage
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with data and producing packs for senior
- This position will be working with Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting.
- Working Set-up: Onsite
- Mondays to Fridays.
