Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Document customer interactions and update records accurately. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Work collaboratively with teammates and other departments to resolve customer issues. Qualifications High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate. Good English communication skills. Basic computer navigation and typing skills. Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga. Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays. Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
