About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to support our Finance team by transforming multi-source data into actionable insights. You will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data visualization, while building your ability to communicate key insights that drive better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end reports, dashboards, rolling forecasts, and KPI packs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
- Analyze data, including consolidation, trend analysis, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with teams such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Commercial Finance
- Use Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to automate, visualize, and deliver audit-ready information
- Assist with ad-hoc business requests, audits, and routine finance tasks
- Document processes, share knowledge, and support peers during peak periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Working toward or holding a CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic modelling)
- Exposure to Power BI and Power Query is a plus
- Basic understanding of financial statements and FP&A concepts (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
