Operation Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the daily tasks, attendance, and performance of sailboat crews and property caretakers.
- Consolidate daily operational logs, incident reports, and staff updates into clear, concise daily reports for HR and Stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and sailboats to ensure strict compliance with safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Assist stakeholders with ad-hoc administrative tasks, inventory management, and coordinating maintenance schedules.
- -Act as the first line of defense for on-site issues, resolving conflicts or operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- b>Minimum Qualifications:
- -At least 1 years of experience in Operations Management
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing ground-level staff (caretakers, utility workers, or boat crew).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Tagalog) for reporting to HR and Stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Google or MS Office (Excel/Word)
