Qualifications:

- Experience in hotel/resort operations or supervisory roles
- Knowledge of guest relations and front office procedures
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
- Flexible with shifting schedules; trustworthy and dependable
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee resort operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent guest service and immediate resolution of concerns
- Monitor staff performance and assign duties
- Enforce resort policies and service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and maintenance
- Prepare shift reports and escalate issues to management
